The
chief function of the plan is to lessen the cost of providing veterinary care to
your companion animal(s) when major medical and/or surgical expenses arise.
In addition, the plan affords a 10% to 50% discount on fee for service
costs for most veterinary services and drugs.
At
current market prices for immunization (vaccinations) procedures and pet food
supplies, the cost of membership is almost equal to the cost of the latter
services and supplies. Should any
major illness affect your pet(s), the plan will save you hundreds of dollars.
The
plan covers all services and dispensed drugs, hospitalization, diagnostic
procedures, medical and surgical procedures as listed on the following pages.
Membership becomes effective upon payment of annual dues.
Term of the membership is one year.
Dues are non-refundable. Administration
of the plan is performed by the staff of Kendall Animal Clinic.
We are not a large corporation and hopefully we will satisfy your demands
as a valued client and member of our “in house” health plan.
We
value your patronage and invite any inquiries that you may have pertaining to
the Kendall Animal Clinic Prepaid Health Plan or any other veterinary matter.
